Bound Ignoring Stealth

Ranged Bound instantly and automatically know where the player is, regardless of stealth stat or if the player is actively stealthing. This occurs right on spawn, and is an incredibly frustrating endeavor to deal with.

Case in point: have a stealth stat of over 5,000. Can easily walk around other Bound without getting detected. However, any ranged Bound already and instantly know where I am. Seems broken.
