I noticed I was unable to craft the seed nursery and i had not finished The Doctor is Out achievement. i found walkthroughs online of the quest lines and tried to go back to see what i missed and i am unable to pick up any more quests from any of the npcs and my quest log is empty and not sure if i did any parts of the chain, been a while.
