Throwing the sickle to harvest planter boxes has a chance to glitch the planters

Once it has glitched it will appear as though there is a seed growing however it never grows.

You need to brake and rebuild the box additionally braking the box will drop a seed. Even though you've already harvested the plant and gotten the harvest you also get a seed (I presume, as I've been harvesting several planters at once with the throwing method).
