I played a farm card in my abeyance realm and as expected it started raining. I got wet, but I still had to manually water my plants, and my rain barrels didn't fill. I'm also still stuck in smoggy autumn, even though the farm card is supposed to reset the season to spring. The seed yield on the mortar bench was correct, it was the environmental effects that were off.
Logging out and back in seems to have fixed this problem. I will keep you updated if it happens again.
