Insight glyphs spawn in mid air

When running through The Watch Vaults I often find the glyphs for the Insight section have spawned in weird places other than where you'd expect them to. Mid-air in the middle of a room, on a rough rock (non-building) wall, etc. This can make it frankly impossible to complete that section of the Vault.
