I died while mid animation for starting the climb on a wall, and once downed, the animation continued, no control what so ever, climbed up the whole wall to the top and once i hit the ground, "gave up" i am now stuck on the 'Respawning in 5 seconds' screen
I saw this in a vault with the Sun Giant once. After the fight one of the other players was stuck up a wall with picks and marked as dead. I climbed up and tried to resurrect him - didn't work. Finally gave up and abandoned him.
