Nightingale Legacy Portal
For several days now, I cannot progress b/c my portal is glitching any time I try to open the swamp antiquarian realm. I go to open the realm card machine and hit "reopen portal" and it makes the sound as if the portal is opening and then it stops after maybe 2 seconds and there's no visuals showing the portal loading. When I reopen the realm card machine, it will say "portal in standby" even though I had just reopened it. I have wasted around 10 swamp cards and 10 antiquarian cards trying this on 5 different portals twice on each portal. I've tried reopening and also just starting fresh with new cards and it does not work. The same portals that aren't working did open once I placed cards for the forest gloom realm. Haven't tried any other realms b/c I don't want to waste any more cards, I just need to get to swamp antiquarian.

We're sorry you're having this issue. If you try to open a Realm that is in a bad state, all other portals with that combination will try to connect to that realm. As long as you have nothing you'd miss in that other realm - you can check off the box "Reset Realm" in the bottom left hand corner of the Card Machine. This will disconnect your profile from that Realm permanently, allowing you to spin up a brand new swamp antiquarian that is hopefully not in a bad state.
Another option, if you don't want to lose the other realm in case it recovers, is in one of the new portals opening it with a new difficulty setting. This will also spin up a new realm that is different from the one in the bad state.
