Cannot "Travel to Respite" after completing Gloom Site of Power

Just finished the "Gloom Site of Power" and tried to "Travel to Respite" but the game appears to just "blink" me in place.

I tried the following to remedy the issue and it did not work:

• Tried quitting to desktop and reentering the game.

• Climbed out of "Gloom Site of Power" and tried again but still does not work.

• Tried moving my Estate Cairn.

• Tried deconstructing and reconstructing my Estate Cairn.

Travelling to another realm finally resolved the issue. Hopefully that information helps you debug the issue.
