Hi there,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Do you recall for this character profile when the stamina regeneration issues began?
Had you eaten/drank anything? Been struck by a specific enemy? Been revived by another player or an NPC?
Was eating 3 foods, Lunar Nectar, Tender Steak, and Stew. When I eat the Stew my stamina bar will get larger, but will not regenerate fully.
