All of my crafting recipes say "I have not built this yet" and each time I log in they all show as new. I assume, but am not sure, that this is what's keeping me from unlocking any more buildable things and/or from progressing, it's currently impossible to get my gear level up since I can't progress, can only collect materials I can't use.

The matter of items appearing as 'New' in your Guidebook sounds like BUG-I-105 but we could use more details about your experience with crafting.
Can you confirm that you have the required Augments linked to the correct workbenches for the recipes that you are trying to access?
