Crafted 1, wire - did not receive item

After crafting 1 wire on the smelter in my home base (which I did have the materials for, as confirmed by the black Wire text) the item simply never appeared. Checked all inventories, companion back pack, logged out and in - nothing. Now I have to go buy one. Kinda sucks. Please fix. Thanks
