Bastille of Insight Cannot be Completed

In an Ascended Antiquarian Forest Realm, I discovered a Bastille of Insight that is partially intersected with another building. One of the three sigils required to unlock the puzzle is partially covered by the intersecting building and cannot be examined in order to complete the puzzle and acquire the essence.
