Unable to complete Aid Side Mission

Hi, game will not allow me to complete one of the Aid side missions even though i have the material on me. It is in the Desert Astrolabe realm in gride box C4. Only things I have left to complete are the 3 pillars on the outside of the building but it wont allow me to ad the material. Thank you
