Stations randomly becoming unsheltered

My crafting benches in the house keep randomly becoming "unsheltered" as soon as I pick it up and place it back down its sheltered again. They just seem to do it randomly although the structure hasn't changed. I ended up moving my crafting rooms to a different section, so rebuilt the entire structure and the same thing keeps happening. It means my crafting times will suddenly be so much longer.
