After being attacked by an elder eoten completely unprovoked Puck is obsessed with giving me crap for defending myself from an attacker, ignoring his complaints completely since I did noting to deserve them he now refuses to discuss my going to the watch and instead insists on giving me crap for something I did not do.
To update, going through the portal to the Watch made Puck stop spawning to deliver his dialogue.
But returning to a Herbarium Desert at a later time made Puck appear at the Watch portal to deliver his dialogue.
After talking to him he respawned to keep trying to deliver the dialogue about me being violent.
