When loading into the realm most of the Players base will appear invisible

Workarounds:
- Wait a while till the structures load in on their own
- Log out/in
To help the Development Team with this issue:
Please send us your player logs along with the timestamp on when you saw the issue so we can look into this further.

As logs can contain sensitive information please do no share them on AHA! or other public forums and send them to us by submitting a Zendesk Ticket.
You can submit a ticket by:
1. Stay on the “How do I get my player logs?” page or go to https://inflexiongames.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
2. On the top right hand side of the site select Submit a Request

Log off and then back on
