Eotens randomly being aggressive for no reason.

Eotens of the Elder and Holt variety will sometimes be aggressive towards the player and attack on sight despite not having been provoked to do so.

You can spawn into a new realm, not touch or damage a single thing, and Eotens will attack you randomly.

This causes problems when attempting to trade with Elder Eotens as the trade isn't possible when they are already aggressive the moment you approach them.
