OFFLINE The Watch lost some gear

After I got to the Watch in my Offline game, I got the Striking Peacock Coat and then tried to put on an Infusion and the coat and my Refined Mining Pick just disappeared. I saw the SPC on the floor and a pop-up saying my pack is full, so I tried to extract some things in my pack, to pick up the coat, but I couldn't as there was no option. I went back to my respite dropped off some stuff and went back to the watch to get the coat, and it was gone as well my pick.
