Some crafting benches struggle igniting

I have found this a couple of times with the Simple Cooking Station, but the main offender is the Excelling Smelter. Sometimes the timer doesn't 'run out' on the materials added to fuel it, and when the happens, no matter how much fuel I add, it just won't ignite. Sometimes it fixes if I add more items to the queue, sometimes it fixes itself just by waiting, sometimes I have to leave the game and come back.

I've noticed it happening most in my Forest Abeyance realm, but that's just because I use the crafting stations there the most. I've also noticed it on the Simple Cooking Station in realms I've visited, though I'll admit I didn't note them down. The last realm it happened in that wasn't my home, that I remember, was an Ascended Antiquarian Forest realm.

As far as I'm aware, this didn't happen early game, just in the last 30-40 hours of gameplay for me. This is my second character, it wasn't an issue with my first, and I'm roughly 50-60 hours in.
