Herbarium Site of Power

I have attempted the Herbarium Site of Power Twice and it ended with the same issue. The bots and main boss freeze in place and do not fight back. The health of the main boss restores. My recurited friend no longer fights the boss or bots. Site is still "running".
I have traveled back to base, does not correct. I died twice my 2nd round and after almost finishing off the 3rd bot, everything froze. I am still able to move, but the fight is stopped. I have to completely shut down the game and reload to restart the Site. I am unsure if its an online server issue or my game file. Everything seems to lag a little as well until I reboot the game. My ammo and essence to repair is being consumed and does not come back once I restart the game.
