Spyglass Rework

Spyglass is the only main hand non-weapon. This feels off and that slot is much needed for other tools and weapons. Ideally I'd like to see the spyglass as an equipment slot with it's own keybind. Alternatively, if that is viable or doesn't fit the game design, it feels like it'd be more suited as an offhand than a main hand.
