I'm going to dissent for the simple reason that the crafting stations require us to interact. You can't automatically have them turn on, so it's weird for something at this level of technology to turn itself off outside of using up the fuel or some kind of specifically explained mechanism.
If it were added, it should only be with followers present and toggled to halt idle stations that are burning fuel.
This! I really hope this is introducded. If companions are set to refuel crafting stations like the forge and fire they can use your fuel for no reason.
Not sure I agree with this, depends on if it could be toggled. I usually use the campfire early game just to give the well-lit bonus.
