Additional Toolbar Merged

I'm finding that I need to keep swapping tools/weapons onto and off the 5-slot toolbar. I have two main modes of playing, Combat and Harvesting. Often I would prefer to have both combat and harvesting tools available at the same but to be able to switch between them. It would therefore be nice to be able to set up 2 or maybe more toolbars which could then be configured with the required items for different styles of play.

A simple example play be... I'm out gathering materials, wood, ores and fibre so I need access to a pickaxe, wood axe, sickle and maybe a melee weapon and knife as I'm not expecting much trouble.... Then Humbaba turns up, "OH ***" quickly switch to combat toolbar, with shotgun, rifle, pistol and so decent buff foods.
