Recycle Clothing, Tools & Weapons.

As the title suggest it would be great if we could recylce our clothing, weapons and tools to get back some of the materials. We can already do this by dissmantling built items but crafted items dont appear to have this options and it pains me to have to, essentially throw away something that has some really nice materials in it, that I spent ages collecting.
