Followers - When player is down, ability to see if follower is alive and/or near

When a player is down and given the "Give Up" prompt, the player has no means to know if their follower is still active or stuck trying to reach them. Players should know if the follower is also down or if the follower is stuck. Simply being able to look around while down should do the trick. Otherwise, a prompt showing how far the follower is from the player would help, changing as the follower moves closer to the player.
