Don't reset the cursor in menu

When accessing a menu, specifically storage, the mouse cursor is moved to the center of the screen. If, for example, a player moved their mouse to the far right to access the storage container, and then the cursor snaps to the center, this introduces a lot of unnecessary mouse movement, if they then have to move the cursor to the top-right again to select something. Instead, if you kept the previous position of the cursor when opening a menu, it would likely feel more fluid.
