Ability to claim base points in different realms

I'd like to see the ability to claim bases at buildings throughout other realms.

I keep coming across amazing looking structures and really cool castles and other points of interest that clearly have had a lot of thought put into them, Id love if we could claim them as bases that we can return to and build on. For instance i found an amazing aircraft hangar that NPCs wanted me to help rebuild a workshop in, it was one of the coolest places I've found and I'd love to make a base out of it. Or some of those huge, awesome towers. That sort of thing
