Allow cursor/mouse movement as separate from look action

When I first started playing the game, I assumed I could use my mouse to quickly select different weapons. When I tried to move the cursor (thinking the center dot was the cursor) my character moved/looked in the direction I was moving my mouse. I'm thinking of other rpg games where you can use your mouse to select items on screen and use your keyboard as the main directional control. If you want to use your mouse to move, you can use a toggle button - like hold down both mouse buttons to move or hold down Z to use your cursor or something like that. This applies to Steamdeck also. I was playing with my partner and she was on Steamdeck and found the controls difficult for selecting a different weapon. I told her don't worry - it's the same with keyboard and mouse.
