Add in game notifications for special event durations

Please add big, obvious, hard to miss ("yellow paint") notices about the duration of limited time special events into the game. When it starts, when it's ending, extra yellow paint when the deadline is approaching.

I was all geared up to grind out some hopeful essence and buy some cool stuff when I logged into the game and the trader was just... gone.

I don't appear to have been the only one: I've seen a handful of similar questions regarding the hopeful essence special event, with new, infrequent, or not "socially connected" players wondering what happened.

Maybe I'm dumb and missed something big and obvious. If it was there and I missed it, I'm totally willing to take the L. It sure didn't seem to be the case to me though.
