Add a glow charm/spell

It would be nice if we had the option to add something that makes our tools glow like the makeshift torch to provide better visibility in an area. The spell is kind of useless as you have to keep casting it and honestly, this is such a minor upgrade that you should be able to apply it without taking a slot for any existing charm/spell/enchantment. Personally, I would use this on the umbrella but I could see people using it on axes and other tools/weapons or even clothing.
