Add the ability to "sit" in chairs

The game has a nice variety of leisure furnishing that can be built, but doesn't let us actually sit in any of the chairs. I'm aware that this takes quite a bit of time from the animation team, but in this type of game I feel it is an essential feature.

There is already a feature request here for allowing us to sit in the chairs to fast-advance time, but my request is different. I don't care about the time thing, I just want to be able to sit in a chair. Especially when fishing.
