I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the rewards section on your website. Currently, this page encourages players to link their game, Nightingale, and Twitch accounts. However, it seems that there is little incentive to do so at the moment.
The first reward, the "Poet and Splendid Set," is currently unattainable because there is no active Twitch campaign for drops, nor is there a visible schedule for future campaigns. The remaining rewards appear to be from a one-time event, which unfortunately excludes new players who may wish to complete their in-game collections. This could be particularly frustrating for players who enjoy collecting everything available in the game.
May I suggest creating a campaign where all streamers of Nightingale could have drops enabled? At present, the game has minimal visibility on Twitch, and enabling drops for all streamers could help reignite interest in the game. This would also be beneficial for streamers and could increase awareness of upcoming updates, such as those planned for September.
Additionally, it might be worth considering unlocking the “Outfit 1,” “Outfit 2,” and “Distinguished Puppy” items. Making these items permanently available could enhance the experience for new players and encourage continued engagement.
A possible idea could be to host a looped video of upcoming updates on your official channel, perhaps with a countdown, and reward viewers with these outfits and the puppy for tuning in.

When i first started the game i had no idea how to get my gear score up to be able to get through the door i wasted several days trying to work out where my trappers hat was i could see it on google results but not in game finaly i joined the discord and was told i would never get it because it was from an event that happened before i started playing i ended up giving up on the game for a long time because of this ive recently come back to the game and the new player intro is still bad i still have no real idea what im doing
It's not just the Twitch drops that are causing concern; there are several items, such as the Trapper's Hat (https://nightingale-labs.com/nightingale/items/gear/trapper-s-hat/), that were only made available to a limited number of players. Unfortunately, the game doesn't provide any information about why certain items, like the Trapper's Hat, are missing from a player's set. As a result, many players find themselves unable to reach the necessary gear score because they are missing a crucial piece of equipment. This has become one of the most frequently asked questions in the Discord community. This game is primarily a solo/co-op experience, not an MMORPG with hundreds of thousands of players where limited-time items might be used to increase perceived value. Therefore, there doesn't seem to be a compelling reason not to make these items obtainable for all players.
