Companions Destroy Aid Buildings

The companions will start farming in an aid area to build structures but will regularly cut down trees too close to the structure and demolish the structure. I have noticed it bugs out and will either not allow to rebuild or will bug out and not allow completion of the building preventing the completion of the aid location and prevent you from opening the completion chest.
