Attempted twice in 2 different locations (4 times total) to complete infestation. Bound spawned, were killed, yet puzzle core did not stop being hostile even as the music sat quiet. Reference image provided

This has happened across multiple realms since yesterday. Points of interest aren't giving rewards upon releasing the hope essence.

When i finish building something for my house it seems like another blueprint of the exact same object is laid over the top. Looking at it from a different angle shows I need to again add the resources to build it. Photo attached

Located at G4 right behind the Essence Trader is a level design error. The terrain is clipping over the hole in the ground. If you go in, there does not seem to be a way out unless you travel back to your respite.
