Bound Spawning Outside of Arena

Im in the vaults in a bastille of might and there are two bound that spawned beyond the room I'm in and I can't complete it to progress. I'm just gonna leave but this is slowing down my ability to get through vaults

Bastille of Might bug

Not able to complete Bastille of Might in Ascended Forest Antiquarian. Acts as if there are enemies to fight and no more will spawn. I had to use the "help I'm stuck" to get out of the building since it locks down.

Mobs spawned inside a wall or a walled off area that I could not access in a player spawned vault. I could not kill them and had to reset the vault.

Middle Vault in The Watch bastille of might

A Friend and I have noticed that on the third trial for the Bastille of Might in the Vault from the watch the creatures sometimes spawn in the walls and they cannot die or will not respawn so we can proceed further to the boss.

Mobs spawn inside rock formation. Cannot progress quest "Defence" in Desert realm.

On initiation of quest, mobs spawned inside rock formation near POI. This prevented progression of "Defence" quest. Also, Defence is misspelled, should be Defense, right?

can't complete vault

I've killed all of the bad guys, emptied 3 chests, collected the Synchronus Lotus, busted all the walls I could. Frogs keep spawning in sites I've already completed. BUT, I can't open the puzzle core or exit the level

Apex Realm - Bound Spawning In Non Accessible Terrain

The bound in the infestation section of an apex vault have appeared in the floor of the terrain and are unable to be killed therefore unable to progress the vault

Enemies clipping into walls

Mainly the bound have been clipping into walls during Vault runs. This has happened twice now and i have had to restart the run both times due to being unable to kill the spawn.

Unable to finish vault

Multiple enemies appeared outside of vault and I was unable to open the fay container as all enemies could not be killed. Purhaps consider allowing the button to call enemies to the container.

Enemy in Apex Vault Stuck

An enemy in one of the "might" challenges spawned inside the map. We cannot see it to shoot it or attack, and we could not progress. Maybe a respawn enemies feature would help?
