Find the Lawman quest bugged Merged

I now have 3 versions of Find the Lawman quest. Each time I talked to him, he got to the line about honesty deserving a reward and then the conversation would just close when I clicked "Next." I finally purchased the revolver tech, then one of the Find the Lawmen listed advanced to Take Aim and Shoot.
