If at any point the Log window disappears while the log window is active, players will appear to have locked control of themselves out of the game:
To reproduce.
Load the game either to the character Select or into Gameplay
Enter settings > Gameplay > Chat Settings > and change the chat log to Auto
Return to Gameplay
Press the [T] or the [Enter] key
Ensure that the Loot log is the active window (not the chat log)
Allow the loot log window to Time out and disappear
At this point, control to the game will appear to be locked out. Pressing the any key on the keyboard will have no effect nor will clicking the mouse on the play area.
NOTE: the Envelope Button is still in the same location but is invisible which can regain control of the game. the only way to find this is run your mouse over the general area and listen for the sound cue.

Our development team has recently implemented a potential fix for the framerate in the watch.
To confirm that this fix is in action, please check that you are running the latest version of the game, 0.3.2 279607 – visible in the top center when you log in to character creation/selection. If you are still seeing this issue, please make a new comment stating the date you saw the issue.

There is a manual fix and that is to move the pointer up and down along the right edge of the screen to click on the 'mail' button (looks like an envelope). This will allow you to regain control of the game when you click on the screen
Thank you for this post! This has apparently happened to me inadvertently twice in as many days. Things were happening around my character but I seemed to have no control so I just hard exited the game.
