Provisioner swamp Aid won't complete; won't accept final bits of materials Merged

Swamp/Provisioner, no minor cards in play. Aid mission: NPC: Isabel (the company) , position: 615 / 57,380 / -9,346. The total current/required materials for the buildings are: sticks 78/84, wood bundle 76/79, plant fiber 102/114. It will not let me add more. Dragging from inventory doesn't fill/complete, auto fill doesn't fill/complete, dragging exact number needed doesn't fill/complete, dragging 1 at a time doesn't fill, long resting doesn't clear issue, logging out & back in doesn't clear issue, traveling to respite and then back doesn't clear issue.
