Offline mode, buildings not respawning in whole Merged

When logging back in, everything that I have previously built is not fleshed out. It is the color that indicates a character is in the way of the build. If I add something to it and add materials it will become solid again. Everything is in this state, work benches and storage included. The only thing that appears solid is the Estate Cairn. When my spawn point is the Estate, I start on the ground inside the foundation. Current work around is to add another foundation piece, then everything becomes solid.
