The recruitable NPCs feel a little dumb from time to time.
If they have Refueling turned on they very often set themselves on fire until they hit low health or even downing themselves in my estate. While this isn't really damaging in any way it can be a little annoying.
Also when I give my survivor a ranged weapon to help in combat with they don't detect walls at all. They'll attempt to fire through, walls, pillars, and stairs. If this happens to be inside by estate they'll actual breath walls, floors, and furniture if it happens to be between the enemy and them. This has resulted in quite a bit of loss while floors and walls are easy to replace, some of the furniture on top of the floors can be hard to replace in some cases. If they happen to break a chest it will send all the stored materials all over the room sometimes.
