After the last update I noticed that hopeful essence is no longer dropping. I've tried everything. Things that used to drop, now don't drop anymore.

While building an outpost, I hit the build limit of 350. I removed 10 building pieces and the building count still said 350/350. Base includes a Pepys Box.
