Legacy Nightingale Bugs

Went thru the forest vault, and no boss/Hambaba spawned so can't finish the quest Get to the Portal, and no essence reward.

I can see the spell is on the item, but there is no button to activate said spell. I can add as spell to a new item, but the old items with said spells no longer work. Adding a new spell onto item doesnt work either...

After battling the two Automaton Knights and receiving the Gloom Card blueprint there is a hope echo noise that seems to be hidden inside the wall next to the waterfall and cannot get to it. Does not load in when restarting the game.
