Gear score changed from 19 to 11 when I crafted the simple capelet. Now unable to go to antiquarian and no idea how to fix this. I have made all the simple clothing

As stated in the topic. Not much more I can add.

When I try to travel to Respite I travel to the beginning point when you first enter the Abeyance realm. It says that my Respite is that the start point and then I have to delete the Respite and replace it.
